Tell Fresh And Easy To Stop Endangering Youth!

Teens are using self-checkout registers to buy alcohol from grocery stores, and Fresh & Easy is okay with that.

In 2011, Assemblywoman Fiona Ma (D-San Francisco) authored AB 183, which banned alcohol purchases at self-checkout machines. Mothers Against Drunk Driving, law enforcement professionals, and grocery store employees all came together to support this effort to protect young Californians.

Now, Fresh & Easy’s lobbyists are suing the State of California to prevent enforcement of AB 183. Meanwhile, Fresh & Easy has been cited multiple times for selling alcohol to minors after AB 183 was passed!

We all need to do our part to keep teens safe. Join us and tell Fresh & Easy to stop fighting AB 183!
